Hi

Before we go any further with this post, pse understand that I dont want an
intro but my client does! Also, I now have Expression Web V3 and want to use
it as the original site was developed on EW V1.

My customer wants an intro to his website that is essentially his logo. It
will start off as a small dot and then slowly expand/zoom into his logo.
After a short time it will pass control to his main menu. There should also
be a "Skip Intro" facility. I am assuming he requires a flash movie? I am
looking at SwishMiniMax to create this effect.

Is there any other product out there that is simple to use and could handle
this? Flash is expensive and although Swish is cheaper both seem to be
sledgehammers to solve this small requirement.

Regards

Tony

and you have explained how this will affect his seo of course? Personally I
state I don't do that kind of evil, right off the bat....

Just make sure the skip link is BIG .... then users won't have to spend time
searching for it .... none of whom will ever see the logo expanding slowly
from a small dot....thats the users that find their way there .... somehow!

I suggest going to google webmaster tools and read their stuff... it covers
all the basic stuff you need to know... just knowing basics helps
enourmously.
