Can you encode from a live device using the command line?

Expression Encoder command line options seem to provde most of the
functionality of the old WME wmcmd.vbs script. But there doesn't appear to
be a way to initiate a live encode from the command line, as was possible
with the "-adevice" and "-vdevice" options of wmcmd. It like encoding from
the command line possible with Expression Encoder?
