Importing VOB and Encoding for X-box WMV - File generated has a

Hi,

I am trying to encode a home DVD VOB and have managed to import it and
encode it to WMV so i can have it run through the X-Box. The issue is that
when it encodes it gets to the end and seems to continue encoding so there is
a whole lot of black at the end of it, making the file enourmous.

Any ideas on why this is happening. The video is a home movie my sister did
for one of our ski trips and it is professionally authored in normal DVD
format.
