Lost licence

Hi Folks,

I've asked this question on another support group with no replies -
trying my best here though!

I bought I-View Media Pro a couple of years back. I got the upgrade to
Expression Media which was offered for a limited period to all owners
of I-View and all went well as soon as Microsoft support realised they
owned it and Sony raw files were recognised. The problem now is that I
don't have my License details since I lost my laptop HD. I tried
reinstalling I-View with that license but cannot upgrade to Expression
Media as before, for obvious reasons.

Has anyone any ideas on who, or where I should contact? MS support
were the original recipients of this query...successful, it was not!
