my guess is that after officially renaming the Expression Media Encoder to
the Expression Encoder, it's appropriate to also rename the newsgroup.

but why they didn't just rename the newsgroup with the existing posts in it
is a mystery to me... probably not a planned thing, just an administrative
hiccup.
