I have a exchange 2000 server, and since the begining of the week, have not
been able to send anything out. everytime I send an email, it gets stuck in
my drafts... I have made sure that the DB is well below the cap (currently at
a measly 2.4 gigs) and the drive has plenty of space... any suggestions... (I
also tried it via the owa)
