Hi All,

I'm currently running our own exchange 2003 server.

I got the following message when I try to email to one of
my counterpart in cambodia.

Error Message:
-----------------------------------------------

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Lim Boon Kwang on 2/9/2004 9:17 AM

The message cannot be delivered due to a configuration
error on the server. Please contact your Administrator.

< pop3.telesurf.com.kh #5.3.0 X-Unix; 73>

-------------------------------------------
I try search the web and microsoft support site but
couldn't find any solution regarding my problem.

Will greatly appreciate it if you could give me your
valuable advise

Regards,

Andy

If the NDR comes from the UNIX server the problem most likely lies there. To
take Exchange out of the picture and to see whether or not the UNIX box can
deliver the mail to the user try telnetting a piece of mail to the remote
server. For telnet command instructions see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;153119. Ensure that
you are using the same SMTP address that you are using in Exchange.
