RAID vs. LCR in Exchange 2007

Hi,
Our company only has 150 email users in a single forest single domain 2003
AD. The current Exchange server is 2000 and will be replaced by an Excnage
2007 in a new server. I'm planning an Exchange 2007 implementation and have a
couple of questions:
1. Can I use LCR (Local Continues Replication) for a new Exchange 2007
without using any RAID configure in the hard drives.
2. Can I use 7200 RPM SATA hard drive for the Exchange 2007?
3. Is 8GB memory enough at this time for 150 users?
