Exchange 2000 Uninstall

I would like to uninstall Exchange 2000 from my server but I no longer have
the installation CD and the uninstall is asking for the setup.exe file in the
i386 directory from the CD. I am a member of MSVL but the volume licensing
site no longer offers Exchange 2000 as an available download. What other
options do I have?
