Exchnage 2007 Cross Forest Migration

Hi,

I need to do a Cross Forest migration from an Exchange 2003 organization to
a new Exchange 2007 Organization.

We will migrate the user from an old AD2003 Forest to a new AD2003 Forest
with Exchange 2007.

Wich tool can I use for this task? Is there any tool like Migration Wizard
on Exchange 2003?

I will appreciate the advices.
