OWA Access denied

Hello everyone.

OWA was working nicely on our FE until we installed Windows updates
(Microsoft .net Framework, version 2.0 KB917283 and KB922770), since then
users are prompted to enter their password 3 times then get access denied
error or The page cannot be found one. I've reviewed the exchsrvr\exchweb
and found it fine, tried recreating a new HTTP Vs and it didn't work.

All the windows updates are applied to the FE & BE the same, HTTP VS has
integrated and basic authentication, nothing is changed long time ago,
anyone can help resolving the mystery why OWA is not working on the FE,
although it is working on the BE????

Try to enter the username as domain\username and see if that helps.
