store is not mounting back after deleting edb & stm files

Hi,

I am running Ms Exchange 2003 with Sp2 with Windows Server 2003 SP2.

Today we have modified our recipient policy. Basically we have added new SMTP domain as "%g.%s...@newdomain.com" and configured it as primary. Old SMTP domain is now secondary. Everything was working fine till we moved all mailboxes to a different store on same Exchange server to do offline defrag. After moving all mailboxes I deleted edb & stm file of this store and then tried remounting the store. But getting below error while mounting it:

"An internal processing error has occurred. Try restarting the Exchange System Manager or the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service, or both.
ID no: C1041724
Exchange System Manager"

Getting 9519 & 9546 events. I have tried giving Administrator & SYSTEM rights by referring to below article but no luck.
