The Exchange Storage Group itens doesn't mount.
When I try to mount it says:
An internal processing erroor has occurred. Try
restarting the exchange System Manager or the Microsoft
Exchange Information Store, or Both.

Exchange System Manager
My question is:
Are there solution? How?
I don't have a backup, but no problem if I loose the mail.
I want only to solve the problem.i want the database back.
Thank you

I am assuming by repairing the database you ran an
eseutil /p
Was isinteg run after? Also what errors are you
receiving in your application logs? That is going to
give us more information on why the databases do not
mount.
Did you make an offline copy of the databases before a
repair was run?

Thanx a lot for looking in to my problem and
helping me in this regard.
We have a typical configuration of exchange
server. We have a front end and backend exchange server.Due to improper
shutdown, the database got corrupted.
I came to know that when i tried to mount the mail
box store,it gave an error "database corrupted".So, i ran eseutil /p
command to repair the database. The command ran sucessfully.
And then i tried to run a recovery with eseutil /r
but it did not work.
I ran the isinteg command too after the eseutil
/p.But it too did not work.
And again when i tried to mount the mailbox store,
it gives an error "An internal processing error has occured.Try
restarting the Exchange System Manager or the Microsoft Exchange
Information Store service , or both ID no:c1041724 Exchange System
Manager".But doing the above steps did not work out.
I do not have a backup of the database before it was
corrupted but i have the backup of the database before a repair was
run.
In the application log i am getting errors like "The
MAPI call 'OpenMsgStore' failed with the following error:The Microsoft
Exchange Server computer is not available. Either there are network
problems or the microsoft Exchnage Server computer is down for
maintainance.The MAPI provider failed.

Is there any solution to get the database back to
normal. If so , then how?.And why is the recover option and the isinteg
option not running.
Can i get the database back or reinstalling is the only option?.Pls
help me out.
Thanx,
Smitha
