Delegate Access to Calendar & out of office messages problem.

My boss delegated calendar access to his administrative assistant. The
administrative assistant just went out of town and setup an out of
office message. Now, whenever someone sends my boss a calendar invite
they get his administrative assistant's OOO message.
Should that even happen? I'm using Exchange 2003.
