sbs 2003 email in queues

Hi
after a server messaga of memory allocation, sometimes happen that my email
goes in queues and for a lot of time they are not delivery.
I try to controll event viewer, restart services, force smto connection but
only a server restart seem resolve this problem.
Can help me to find a different solution because restart server don't seem
to me the best solution.

When you highlight the queue, what's the status at the bottom?
