If I understand your network configuration you will have 3 sites, linked by
VPN with an AD domain per site. If these AD domains are hosted by a root AD
server then you can just impliment one Exchange server on the network. If
these are three seperate AD servers and none of them communicating to each
other, then you need an alternate configuration for your Exchange server.
One solution would be to configure youe Exchange server as a hosted server.
Therefore you can host multiple domains off one server and each office would
get the experience that they are on seperate servers. For connectivity
purposes you might want to consider RDC over HTTPs, then you might not need
the VPN (depending on what you planned on using it for, but with three
seperate domains and no intercommunication - what are you using it for?)
