OWA 404 error

Hello, i have a win 2k sp4 exchange 2000 sp3 and owa quit working. I try and
look at w3svc logs and the last log seems to be hung up. I try and change
logging format change to daily to monthly etc and it will not start a new
log file. I've tried restarting both web server and also w3 service in
services. Still i can't get logging back up for w3svc. All other virtuals
are logging but this one. When i try to bring up the owa in the browser it
sits you in the root directory showing asp_clients directory. when i try
server/exchange i get a 404 error. Hardest part is not being able to see log
file. Any tips are greatly appreciated. Kent
