Offline address books

I have created three offline address books in ESM. My
Outlook users, all running Outlook 2000, can only see and
download the \Global Address List. I only have one admin
group and one routing group. The lists are displayed in
the 'Show names from' address view.
1. I have reviewed the System folder view under Public
Folders to compare to the Default Address List.
2. I have rebuilt the address list.
3. I have compared the Offline address list settings with
the Default Offline address book.

Is there a restriction on how many Offline address books
that users can choose from since only one can be
associated with the mailbox stores? If so, this is
different from previous versions of Exchange.
