May I ask why you want to do that? You could simply disable DIRT on your
stores if you don't want anyone to use it, but it's an incredibly useful
feature. If you want to disable it for users, you could untick the add-in.
The ORK might have more options, but you should post in
microsoft.public.outlook for more help with that.
