TNEF-Outlook Attachment

Hi all,
I am facing one problem in developing exchange mail receive
utility, I want to simple detach attachment from Outlook incoming mails, and
wants to save in the other ftp directory and ftp address will be appended to
the user message of the mail.

I have been able to track other incoming mails other the outlook, since it
generates WINMAIL.DAT, now its difficult for me to detach all attachment and
user message, so that, i can separate all to FTP address & corresponding
address will be appended in user message.

How do I solve this problem in VB and VC, in CV I am not able to use Tnef
structure functions "OpenTnefStream.

If any one of u knows the problem or have pass through the same problem,
help is required.
