How to different "Mail Folder" and "Calendar folder" etc in a MailBox

Hi, I want to loop through all the mails in one person's mailbox, such
as "inbox, outbox, deleted item, sent item, and self-built folders for
categorized emails". I know there is a way to list these folders.
However, there are also other folders, such as "calendar, etc" there.
How can I different there folders and only loop mail folders?
