We are using Exchange 2000 at work along with Outlook 2000. We set up the
resource accounts in Active Directory. We log in using the accounts we just
set up and set all the basic options such as automatically accept meeting,
deny if timeframe is in use, permissions are set as DEFAULT = Author and
anonymous = none

What we want to do is have an owner of each resource so when someone in our
company books it, the owner will know and be able to bring a laptop,
projector, etc etc to the place the meeting will be held.

I have set different users with owner permission within each resource
account and also set forwarding to a user in active directory.

Neither of these are fixing our problem. When someone books a resource, it
does NOT appear in the "owner's" own calendar, just the resource itself so
we have no idea it is even booked.

Is there a simple solution to have a booked resource appear in a designated
owner's calendar, or even better yet, have it appear in the calendar and
also send an email notification to the owner so we know immediately that the
resource is reserved?

Thank you in advance for any help I receive.
