Environment: W2K ADVANCED SERVER SP2 / E2K SP1 / W2K PROF CLIENTS SP2 /
OUTLOOK XP
Problem:
When synchronising the outlook account, it synchronises all Mail item
folders (i.e - Inbox, Sent Items), but displays the error
"0x8004010f - the operation failed, an object could not be found".
Will upgrading the E2K Server to SP3 fix this problem? the SP3 release and
bug fix list doesn't provide any reference to the OABGen.dll file fix and it
doesn't mention anything about fixing the Offline Address Book problem.
I've tried the KB on Microsoft's support site, as well as Technet and
newgroups... can't find a fix for this!
In the even log on the E2K Server, it displays "OALGEn encountered error
0x8004010f while calculating the OALs".
Any assistance/guidance would be MUCHLY appreciated!!!!

Related KB article is XADM: Unable to Create or Rebuild Default Offline
Address List [Q273364] but I'm guessing you knew that already ....

Yes, tried all the related KB's no luck.
Will try SP3 on the weekend (planned outage, we don't have a lab
environment!)
Now I'm getting an error in my application log saying "Failed to generate
offline address book - 80072030' Whats this all about?
Any other suggestions????
Ralph.
