Convert .EML TO MSG?

I've imported an Exchange5.5 public folder into Exchange 2000. All messages
appear on the M: drive as .EML files.

I want to copy the data off the M: drive and onto CD to be read by Outlook
clients.

Can I convert them to .MSG?
