Upgrading Exchange 2000 FE server to 2003

Hello,

Yes, I know we are way behind; but we are ready to install new Exchange 2003
servers to replace our old Exchange 2000 servers. We currently have 1 FE and
3 BE servers. Is the upgrade to Exchange 2003 on the front end server a
piece of cake? I really don't want to break email right before a holiday.
From what I've read, it seems that I would upgrade the FE, then I can
install 2003 on the back end servers and move mailboxes over to Exchange
2003 when I'm ready; then remove Exchange 2000 servers. Just looking for a
little reassurance!
