Hi,
We have some users who will be leaving the company. We will be forwarding
their email to their new employer temporarily. Is their a way to prevent them
from using "Outlook Web Access" considering that their mail account will
still be active? Thanks.

From the Exchange Sever - ADU&C - View Menu item check Advanced Features.

In the users properties goto Exchange Advance - Click the Protocol Settings
button.

Goto the Settings for HTTP and remove the Check for Enable for Mailbox

Or you could just change their password? Which I would do any way as soon as
someone leaves.

Remove the kNOT to reply.
But it is best to share it with the group.
