Hi,

I'm running Exchange in SBS2003.

My boss wants to receive a copy of every email sent out of the company.
(There are only about 10 users).
Is there an (easy) way of setting this up?

TIA.

Dangerous ground here.
Why does he/she want to receive a copy?

Well, essentially to keep an eye on what's going on and (mainly) to ensure
no-one is sending any non-work-related emails on the company email system
(they are banned, along with non-work-related internet and mobile phone
usage)

Ok but a few caveats.
All users should be informed and agree that mail may be read - privacy rules
still apply here.
You would be better off obtaining some mail content checking software to
let the server do most of the work for him/her.
(All inbound/outbound mails are achived off as well)
MailMarshal is a good one (there are others) whereby rules can be created to
flag a potential mis-use.

Am assuming you are using SMTP for mail connection - so try MailMarshal
SMTP.

Naa, boss doesn't really like or trust computers. He's an aircraft engineer
and very much 'old school'. He only uses computers at all because he
realises it's the only way he can run a business these days. If it was
possible to run the company without computers then he would do that...(I got
told off the other month for sending an email informing another staff member
of somthing I needed them to know - apparently I was wasting time, I should
have just told them the same information, or written them a note!... <huh?>)

He's not interested in software checking the email. He just wants a copy
delivered to his inbox so he can keep an eye on it himself. To be honest, if
I could just get the system to print a copy out and put it on his desk, that
would probably be even better...

I will look into MailMarshal though, but I'm fairly sure he won't be
interested in paying for additional software.

On the other hand, he hasn't mentioned the whole thing for a month or two,
so maybe if I keep quiet he'll forget all about it...
