I am having a strange problem that only one user is reporting. She
gets completely blank messages in her inbox. She has been getting a
couple a day for a few weeks now. The messages have a received time,
but that is it. There is no subject, body, sender or header and they
are 134 B each. When I check the messages in OWA, the are completely
blank, but if you look in the status bar at the bottom of the browser
you do see the subject in the link. If you email me directly I can
send you a screen shot.

I can forward the messages as attachments but they are completely
blank too. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Thanks,

Randy Voss, MCSE:Messaging 2003

They have no internet headers?
I would check message tracking, if you dont see them listed there,
try a new Outlook profile or take her out of cache mode if shes in it.

I just wanted to update this post. It ends up that Entourage was
causing the blank emails. The local database for Entourage was
corrupt and rebuilding it resolved the issue. For reference, here is
how to rebuild the database:

Start Entourage while holding down the Option key - keep the key hed
down
until entourage is fully started up and displays the rebuild screen
(you
should start by double-clicking the Entourage icon in the Finder -
some
start-up utilities can get in the way of passing on the option key).
