Ok I am not sure what I have done but I can no longer do much of
anything in exchange. If I try to add a new user I get this message,
If I try to connect a disconnected user I get this error. Can anyone
help?

When I go to Recipent Configuration and then New Mailbox and add an
existing user I get this error :

No way...

I've been working on this for 8 hours. How can we confirm it's a "Leap
Year Bug"???
