Hi,
Sorry about this but I am new to Exchange and this question might not make
sense.

I have an exchange server that is getting emails using VPOP3 Version 2.1.0e.
This program is then transfering the emails to the relevant LAN email boxes.
I have noticed that there is a huge cue within the VPOP program to process
the emails to the email box accounts in Exchange Server V. 5.5 build 2650.24
Service pack 3. I am sure that VPOP is working fine so I have checked the
event viewer and I am getting some application errors. I am afraid I don't
know how to cure these issues and am having trouble finding the answers on
the internet. below is a list of the errors in the startup order that they
have appeared when I have restarted the server. Any help would be very
appreciated as I have 20 people without emails at the moment. One other
thing - Users within the LAN can email each other but they are all unable to
send or receive emails from outside the LAN. There are no errors coming up
in Outlook when trying to send or receive on the client PC's.

I have changed the administrator account and it is all working again now. I
don't know why the account had been deleted?

What is the error on port number 389 all about?

Thanks for the suggestion auccaboia.
