NTBACKUP - restore incremental backup ERRORS!!!!

Hi Guys,

I have excahnge 2007 running on a W2K3, I have already done a full
backup of my mailbox database and it worked fine. but I have another
Incremental backup which I have to do, but it's throwing these error
messages:

Any help on these will be very much appreciated to help solving my
production's restore:
