Exchange installation fails with the error code 0x80072030

I removed the installation of exchange that I had on the PDC and now I want to install it in a member server and when installing exchange 2000 server on a windows 2000 domain member server the installation fails with the error code 0x80072030.

I´ve already recreated the ADC container by installing the ADC again and setting its service to disable, but it didn´t work, the installation still fails with the mentioned error code 0x80072030.

I do not have more exchange server´s installed on my domain.

what could be the problem?

0x80072030 resolves to ERROR_DS_NO_SUCH_OBJECT.

What we do when we first make the call to set the Default Admin ACL is get
the GUID of the Domain. For whatever reason setup is not finding the domain.
Are you running setup while logged onto an account that has Domain Admin &
Enterprise Admin rights over the domain?
