Autoselecting usernames in SEND TO:

All,

We are using MS Exchange Server 4.0SP3 and 4.0 Clients SP3.
I have a user called DODI and one called RICH. When users type
in the name RICH in the send to, it ALWAYS prompts them with
DODI or RICH, with DODI being the default selection. I assume
it is doing this, since DODI's last name is RICHARDS and it is finding
the RICH in RICHards.

Is there any way to disable this? This is affecting our CEO and he is
not pleased.
