Exchange 2003.
I set a user up in AD, and then had to change her name and email
address. After this she was given a company iphone (we have quite a
few), but in her case the phone won't sync. It bails out asking for the
user's password, which is typed in correctly.
I suspect that this is something to do with her current (newly amended)
username, and her CN name (which is her original name). I remember WM
devices had the same issue. Any ideas on what I might need to change
via ADSIEDIT or other ways to get this to work?
