I transferred a number of categorized tasks from a Palm format to
Outlook, and things are pretty messy and hard to follow. I bet there is
a way to clean it up, but don't have time to figure it out. Is anyone
familiar with the application to help clear it up?

Not sure what "messy" means, but if there is an Outlook tool for this you're
bound to find it in microsoft.public.outlook or www.slipstick.com - this
isn't going to be an Exchange thing.
For future reference if you're trying to get data from Palm Desktop
software, Chapura makes a conversion tool that works really really well.
