EAS fails when using shell script

Hi,

The last 7 days i'm having problem syncronizing a specific user when using
that user with a the following command (and others) :

Get-activesyncdevicestatistics -mailbox user00

When I run this (and other EAS commands) the user get this message :
"There has been a change made on your server that requires you to
re-synchronize all items on your device. All changes made since your last
successful sync will be lost. Do you with to contiue?"

Formerly there was no problem running that command (no effect for the user).
