Server setup is all mail is stored in the IS. No limitations are in place on
mailbox size. I have users who do not delete things. So I'm looking for a
3rd party utility to attach or scan all mailboxes. I have people that send
attachments company wide and would like to be able to search for old ones
and delete them myself.

There is a product called Active Folders that can scan mailboxes or folders
for pretty much anything you like (unread mail, attachments by size...) and
it can delete them automatically if you want. Its from C2C, based in MA.
