How to move public folders?

We are moving from one domain to another, and need to transfer Exchange
accounts etc over. I know we can move mailboxes and transfer mail contents
via *.pst files, but what about public folders and their attachments (files
etc)?

The physical servers sit on 2 different domains - both are PDCs, the new
server is an SBS 4.5 machine.

You can move messages in PFs via pst files too.
