First, you have to log on to windows NT as an user who has sufficient
permissions to administer the "other" server. The account who installed it
is a first good guess. If not, try using the exchange service account.
Then, you have to give the exchange server role "permission admin" to your
Domain Admins group (or better, create a global group called Exchange
Admins) to the Organization, Site and Site Configuration containers.
Last, make sure the administrator account you log in afterwards belongs to
the Domain Admins group.
Also, take into account multiple NT domains if that is the case.
