Does anyone know of a reporting tool which can link directly into the
outlook calendar. I need to produce a list on a daily basis of the location
of all staff.

I believe there is one listed here:
http://www.mail-resources.com/resources/search.cgi?search=CAT&Category=Server%3ACalendaring&Qualifier=
IntraNet Now! (same site, in portal section) also displays information
on availability of users.

Hi,

For performing a simplified reporting of all the contents present in the mailbox folders(like inbox, calenders, contacts and much more) present in the Exchange Server enviroment, I can suggest you to try in a utility tool named Lepide Exchange Reporter which can do such operations perfectly well. Moreover it also generates a comprehensive report on the email flows, OWA and many others as well.
