have a calendar that I would like to share it with a local group in my AD,
but when I try to do this, I receive an error message, something like
"Impossible to save the changed permissions. The client operation failed".
How could I do to resolve this problems?? I need this help as fast as
possible.

Make sure the group is mail-enabled.

Also, make sure it's a mail-enabled universal security group.

This group was created as a "Distribution List", but it´s mail-enabled. If I
create another "Security mail-enable" group can I solve this problem?

You can just change the type in the properties of the group.

I've tried to change the type, but I can´t to do this, becuse the other
options was disabled. I think is easier to create another group and test it.
Do you think if I do this, it'll solve my problem?

Are you sure that prevents you from going to native mode?
