This is the error that I am getting I am hoping that some one can help me
with it.

Synchronization with the offline folder file could not be completed. The
Microsoft Exchange Server in not available. Either there are network
problems or the Microsoft Exchange Server computer is down for maintenance.

I know that the server is fine, because it is sending an receiving fine on
the network. I have no problems getting the mail when directly connect to
the Exchange server. This is happening with only my remote users using
Microsoft outlook offline folders.

I am able to connect using RAS TCPIP just fine. So I know that the server
is authenticating my users it just has problems when they try to
Synchronize.

If you can help me in any way please email me at:

Thanks

I've encountered this one. The only two things I've done are:
1.) If using IP, add the IP Address and name of the Exchange server to the
hosts file. This allows the client to connect directly to the server IP
address, rather than having to wait for the IP address to be resolved by a
WINS server or some other mechanism.
2.) I've also removed \changed the name of my OST file to something new.
Then RAS in or get directly on the network, and then start Exchange\OL and
choose connect to resynch everything.
