We just had a workstation that went down, we have a new one to replace it,
but we cannot seem to get all of her personal folders and old email off the
exchange (ver 5.0) server. We can see that she has a lot of stuff in her
mailbox, but we cannot see it in outlook. Any help is appreciated.

Email me at tri...@hotmail.com if you can.

Paul:

Is the HD from the old workstation dead? You sight personal folders. If the
.pst (personal folder) files were kept on the HD in her old wkstn and you
now have a new one with a fresh HD, the mail contained within the .pst is
not available. You will only have access to mail she kept on the server.

You can set your delivery options to deliver your mail from the server to
personal folders, and as such, your mail is never kept on the server. Every
time Outlook is opened, the mail is moved to where ever the .pst is located.
This is usually the HD of the user's machine.
