Exchange Server 2007 Nightly Issues

Currently have a Windows Server 2008 machine running Exchange Server 2007
SP2. Every night at approx 5:13pm all outlook clients disconnect and
reconnect minutes later. Also starting recently every few days the exchange
store will stop around this time and not restart. Any ideas on what my issue
may be?

And what does Event viewer say? Any Event IDs?
