Hi All
We are planning to upgrade from Exch2003 to Exch2010. One of the minimum
requirements is that the forest FL needs to be at least W2K3.

All our DC's are currently running Win2000 in Native mode (we also have 10
AD sites running W2K domain controllers). Does that mean that we have to
upgrade ALL our DC's to at least W2K3 before we can prepare and install Exch
2010?

It seems a forest FL of Win2003 means we can't have win2000 DC's anywhere in
our estate. Is this correct?

Any guideance will be much appreciated.

Got to be in 2003 native. Can't be more clear than that.
It's the same old story. Don't try to race ahead with one bit of
infrastructure when other critical parts of it are (frankly) three
steps behind.
