Can anyone give me any hints as to how to fix this error? Thanks.

Example 1:

-----The following addresses had permanent fatal errors-----
mailto:user...@companyname.org

-----Transcript of session follows-----
mailto:user...@companyname.org...Deferred: Connection timed out with
gateway.company.org.
Message could not be delivered for 5 days
Message will be deleted from queue

Example 2:

-----Transcript of session follows-----
421 servername.companyname.org (ILE)...Deferred: Connection timed out
during user open with servername.companyname.org

-----Recipients of this delivery-----
Bounced, cannot deliver:
mailto:user...@companyname.org

There is a problem on the distant end. Contact the mail administrator at the remote sites to assist you in getting the mail delivered.
