Routing between 2007-2003

Hi,

We have a environment where we have a RGC between our 2007/2003 exchange
organisation. whenever I change the RGC to use a different 2003 server in our
org i get a "451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: "535 5.7.3
Authentication unsuccessful" in the queue viewer mmc, i hav elooked at the
virtual smtp virtual server properties and have anonymous, basic auth and
integrated auth selected. this is the same for both the 2003 server.
struggling to see what permission could be causing this...

Any Ideas??

exc2007 is running sp1 UR5 and ex2003 is SP2.
