Exchange 5.0 & Proxy 2.0

here is the setup
25 users
2 servers (PDC & BDC/Exchange Server)
Proxy 2.0 with a cable modem as the pipe to the Internet
any user...@att.com, hotmail.com, telis.org these sites constantly return
either "Host Unreacheable" or " Error during Network resolution"
occasionally it is some other sites also.

Exchange server has 4GB of free hard drive space
160MB RAM
the latest service pack (2.0)
I knoww the failed addresses are good. I have tried them from my home
account with no problems. I have ran performance monitor against the
exchange server minus an occassional spike in the processors (dual processor
133 Dell poweredge server) the server is healthy. I'm not sure if there is
something else to look at. Any thoughts or suggestions, please.

Hi!
I'm not so sure this is your problem; are you able to access hotmail.com and
the others using http browsers? if the answer is Yes, your exchange server
should be re-installed indeed; BUT if you cannot access these sites by
browser (or traceroute or any other udp program) as well, I think you have
to check out your router or talk with your internet provider to clear the
problem because there is a bad route somewhere in a router.
