SMTP emails between 2 server in a domain trust

I have a full domain trust between 2 domain. Domain A is on exchange
2010 server and domain B exchange 2003. I have a software that
publishes documents to users via email (on domain A). The software is
linked to both ADs and hence I have managed to populate the AD of both
domains. However it is unable to send emails to users of Domain B.
I am not sure what to setup to allow the 2 exchange server to send
emails between the two domains. I have tried adding the domain B as an
"accepted domain" in exchange 2010 but not sure how to configure a new
connector. Also do I need to setup anything on the exchange 2003
server on Domain B.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
