Hi Luis. Can you provide a little more information please? Can you tell us
which version of Exchange you are using? And if you are using Exchange
2003, do you have Forms-based Authentication enabled?

Also, what is displayed on the screen after you enter the username and
password?

did you check that the user has dialin granted permission, or belongs to a
groupe that has permission to use OWA ?
